Vegan Tomato Garlic Soup


2 cans 28oz diced tomatos

3 gloves minced garlic

2 vegetable Bouillon cubes

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp parsley flakes



Blend all ingredients in a food processor untill smooth. Pour into a sauce pan and cook on med high heat untill hot! If you like "creamy tomato soup" simply add about 1/2 soy milk OR vegan sour cream (I use Tofutti vegan sour cream)
