Good Morning, Rockstar!



If you crave comfort food in the morning, scrap that nasty Egg Mc-something and try this healthy breakfast sandwich!!

You'll need:

100% whole wheat bagel

half an avocado, sliced

slices of tomato

Firm tofu, sliced with salt and pepper on both sides.


In a skillet sprayed with non-fat vegetable oil cooking spray, lightly fry tofu on both sides. Toast bagel, and assemble sandwich!
